FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS BOX1/ The first"Classic" wine from Winery de l'Ecu (Fred Niger): a dry, fruity white wine, easy and pleasant, which we have chosen both to quench a thirst or for a "seafood" starter. Agreements : a shrimp appetizer, crab flakes or a few mussels Service: 8°C-10°C, especially in very hot weather 2/ Then the Red La Sierra - favorite of Bruno Dubon (Terres des nus), A pure juice with enormous, magnificent substance. Fresh aromas of black fruit, sunny garrigue and sweet spices. We love this grûme (tactile sensation). Pairings: Ideal with a nice piece of meat, grilled or in a casserole! Service: A wine that can be decanted and should be served at around 16°C. 3/ Finally, a little originality for a rosé (vin gris: very short maceration) to be enjoyed all year round and especially in summer for its freshness and fruitiness. Pairings: Ideal with summer fruit tarts! Service temperature: 10°c |
