Grand cru Wiebelsberg Riesling 2023 - Vin d'Alsace Grand Cru - Jean Pierre Rietsch
With a little opening (decanting possible in youth), this Grand Cru Riesling opens with notes of small wild strawberries and becomes very floral.
Sensual, taut palate, finishing with tension and a floral return.
Vinification :
Maceration-infusion with half whole grapes and half juice.
Indigenous yeasts.
Aged on lees for 8 months in vats.
