On the nose as well as on the palate, a very ripe, almost candied wine, with a caramel (roasted) and salty (mineral) aftertaste. A powerful, complex Grand Cru
So many characters from two years of ageing.
Vinification :
Natural fermentation using indigenous yeasts.
Aged in tuns for 22 months on lees.
