Estrambords: "Beyond the edges" in Provençal.
Apart from the fruit (black fruits), spices and hint of mocha, what's remarkable here is the touch, the finesse of the material and the volume.
A gentle extraction, a blend of 80% Grenache and Mourvèdre to soften the former. These vines are located in the Ebrescade area,
A cuvée that only comes into being from time to time and without precise rules, but always on great terroirs. An exceptional cuvée that can be enjoyed for 10 years or more.
