Les Manquants 2022 - Anjou Rouge - Sylvie Augereau
Remarkable substance. Hundred-year-old Cabernets that yield little but very, very good on a half-hectare plunging into the Loire (clay-loam soil). Needless to say, everything is done with care, by hand (including the setting!!!).
