Les Salines 2023 - rosé - Vin de France - Mas Mellet

This cuvée is made with carignan from three different clos. After an extra-short one-night maceration, the wine is devatted by gravity, then aged in old barrels. Minimal SO2 added, to say the least.
With this rosé, Mas Mellet is looking for a little structure (carignan) while maintaining the balance of freshness brought by fruit. Note the finish that gave this cuvée its name, SALINE.
