A UFO wine that is well off the beaten track for Sylvain Dittière.
Aromatic complexity (honey, apricot, candied lemon). Ideal roundness. Best left in the cellar, as it may soften over time :-)
A 5-week maceration of de-stemmed chenins! Followed by 18 months ageing in a sandstone egg and new barrels!
Due to the long maceration process, the wine may show significant natural deposits in the bottle. Lightly filtered, dark color. Wine for connoisseurs
Decanting is much better
