Pinot noir StierKopf 2023 - Vin d'Alsace - Jean Pierre Rietsch
The palate is fleshy, slightly taut and astringent, full of energy and length. A wine to be forgotten for some time in the cellar.
Winemaking :
Semi-carbonic maceration for 12 days on whole grapes.
Indigenous yeasts. Very light sulfiting
Aged 8 months in stainless steel vats.
