Poiré Fossey 2023 - Ferme de l'Yonnière - Jérôme Forget
This is a natural perry which, in many ways, resembles a natural wine. A cloudy light yellow colour, a nose that often shows a small hint of reduction, but which does not last. Then, on the nose as well as on the palate, it is the finesse and the balance that we remember. Fine aromas of ripe and tender white fruit, perfect balance between sweetness (low), acidity and nice touches of bitterness. Vinosity ?
