Resurgences 2019 - Vin de France- Winery La Calmette
A new cuvée from Winery, a white wine from a half-hectare plot planted with several white grape varieties (noual, sauvignon, chenin, sylvaner ... and many others!)
Long fermentation for two years in old barrels and then in an Alsatian foudre. As the barrel was not full, a veil was formed, bringing complexity to the juice with a slight oxidative side.
A luminous wine, finesse and complexity on the palate, with a long, slender finish.
