Sainte-Paule 2023 - Beaujolais - Maxime Barrot - Jean Max
A parcel-by-parcel cuvée with an initial floral character, followed by notes of very ripe red fruit. On the palate, freshness (acidity) holds the wine together. A serious wine with fine, supple tannins. It seems so simple, because it doesn't just give itself away. In fact, it's a lord of Gamay!
