Silice 2022 - Pays des Coteaux de Fontcaude - Winery les Eminades
Always a surprise, always so complex
Notes of green olives and frothy vegetal, but also overripe yellow fruit. And in this vintage, lots of citrus, such as pickled lemon and lime peel.
Dry and generously fruity, this natural wine is ideal with sea bream carpaccio and smoked swordfish salads, sushi and vegetable woks.
We've loved it since the 1st vintage!
