Storm 2021 - Vin de France - Château Lestignac
This wine touched us by its finesse, its purity, a straight and clean wine, with polished and wise tannins. A beautiful sensation on the palate with freshness and fruitiness. A very, very nice juice to start with this magnificent Winery.
Vinification: Merlot and Cabernet Franc are vinified separately, each in concrete, each in whole bunches on a bed of crushed grapes. They macerate for a fortnight. The extraction is done gently by light punching down. Once fermentation is complete, the grape varieties are blended in concrete vats for an 18-month ageing period.
