What we say: Courage 2021, that's all it takes to taste (drink) this 100% Riesling cuvée, always on the edge, tension and citrus-like fruitiness. An easy wineeeeeeee oops! And a classic Négoce, pinot noir from the Jura with the Cuvée Les Chonchons on 2023. Beautifully balanced, fruity, with fine, present tannins. Since 2022, this cuvée has gained in depth and seriousness! There's wine here!
