Crushed fruit finish on a layer of brown tobacco! Incredibly tactile. An exceptional vintage for laying down, with great drinkability today.

Vines planted on schist slopes. All the grape varieties chosen to go into the Courtiol cuvée are vinified traditionally - without sulfite - and separately. Blending takes place between February and April. Aged in concrete vats for 24 months. Ageing 10 years. A special effort is made in the vineyards to achieve maximum root development.
