The story of Mas de Mon Père began in the Languedoc, on the slopes of the Malepère Massif, in 2005. Frédéric Palacios took over his grandfather Pierre's vineyards and moved into his parents' maison to build a gravity-filled cellar.

The Winery extends over 5.5 hectares with a very diversified Grape varieties : merlot, cabernet, malbec, carignan, grenache, cinsault for the reds; chardonnay, sauvignon and chasan for the whites. The philosophy of Frédéric Palacios' wines is to retranscribe the effect of the vintage and its terroir as best as possible. The grapes are obviously harvested by hand and the vinification is done on a parcel-by-parcel basis. We really appreciate the honesty that emerges from Fréderic's wines, which are both fleshy and fresh; a style that we are sure will appeal to everyone!
