Maceration of Riesling, with a beautiful freshness/acidity framework, the wine is lively, mineral and beautifully rounded thanks to maceration on skins. Great balance!
Riesling from the Frankstein hillside, a poor, east-facing granite soil. Maceration for 8 days in whole bunches.
