Rosière Extra Brut Grand Cru 2021 - Cider - Winery Antoine Marois
Oh the beautiful intense orange color! The nose is complex, passing on the side of the floral, touches of honey, apple tatin, effluvia of citrus fruits. In the mouth, beautiful softness and roundness. The bubbles are very fine and delicate, and disappear quickly. The finish is a game between beautiful bitters and a sensation of sweetness. Nice balance for this plot of land.
