2023 was another very complicated vintage for Pauline Broqua.
This cuvée is made from purchased grapes. In this case, Colombard, with a style that is completely in keeping with Pauline Broqua's ability to create with her grapes. An elegant, fruity and vegetal cuvée with a lovely gourmet tension.
