Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy 2021 - Philippe Pacalet
A sublime Chablis with very mineral notes, followed by white fruit and citrus: peach, lemon, grapefruit and exotic spices such as ginger. Very rich, savory and mineral on the palate, with immense persistence on the finish.
To be devoured now, it will refine and lose its "invasive" character if left to age gently in your cellar. To be reserved for special occasions and choice dishes.
