Free as a bird 2023 - Vin de France - Laura Aillaud
A majority of Grenache blanc (80%) is blended with Vermentino and Roussane for a fruity wine with good tension and oxidative notes. Pellicular maceration was carried out on part of the blend, giving the wine a substance that will enable it to be matched with white meats, grilled fish and Asian cuisine. Decanting is recommended.
