September XXIII - Vin de France - Château Lestignac
This is a co-fermentation of cepage semillon with apples, pears, quinces and pomegranates. All fruit is sourced from Winery, on trees planted in 2014.
" The birth of a project thought up since the first trees were planted in 2014, the start of a new adventure that has enabled us to make this confidential cuvée of 450 bottles this year. "
Vinification: The Semillon grapes were pressed, then crushed and infused with grape must. After 2 days of maceration, we pressed and left to ferment. Aged 8 months in stainless steel vats to preserve the fruit in its simplest form.
