Cidre Brut Grand Cru 2022 - Jurassic - Winery Antoine Marois
Attractive golden color. Apple/pear nose, floral touches. On the palate: full-bodied, smooth and suave (almost creamy). The bubbles are very fine and behind the mouth an interesting salinity that lingers on the finish.
A gourmet cider to be drunk well chilled (8°).
Agreement : this cuvée can be a cider for cooking noble fish such as Saint-Pierre, Turbot or even Lobster or Norman or breton :-)
Superficial soil on Jurassic reef limestone and oolites (hence the name).
