A beautiful project, a nice range of "natural" Alsatian wines elaborated in close collaboration with different harvesting, organic and biodynamic winegrowers: Stéphane, Julien, Eric, Hubert & Christian, René, Jean-Luc, Olivier, Claude, Raphael and Jean-Marc. A dynamic team made up of two outstanding young oenologists, very committed to the winegrowers they work with and passionate about natural winemaking. Vanessa, sales manager, "aficionada" of 100% grape wines, is happy to promote Men and Wines that meet the highest environmental and human values. | And Christian Binner, winemaker an Alsatian who has been committed for 20 years to the promotion of natural wines. An accompaniment of the 'Pirouettes' winegrowers for the vinification of their natural vintages and their marketing. Together, they make these wines at home. Each winemaker has its own universe, its specificities, its history, which are respected and even revealed in these 'Pirouettes' vintages. A beautiful collective adventure! |
