Champagne BD' RS - Rosé de saignée Extra Brut - Champagne - Bourgeois Diaz
Cuvée BD'RS is a blend of two former plots of Pinot Meunier "Les Chapelles" and Pinot Noir "Les Bien Aimées" on clay-loam-gypsum soils. Macerated for around twenty hours, this cuvée offers notes of grapefruit, relayed on the palate by a refreshing, enticing bitterness.
Assembly 70% Pinot Noir - 30% Pinot Meunier
Average ageing: 24 months.
