Apostrophe 2023 - Winery des Terres Promises (Jean-Christophe COMOR)
Fresh, very fresh indeed.
Acidulated with red berries such as redcurrant, scents of peppery spices and essences of garrigue... A sunny wine, a spring and summer pleasure.
Fresh salads and grilled red mullet, cold zucchini and basil clafoutis, why not? Thank you, Mr. Comor, for this lovely rosé!
