A Cerdon with very fine mousse and rich, ripe fruit.
A fine vintage, full of fresh fruit, beautiful persistent mousse, sublime sugar/acidity balance! As he does every year, our friend Raphaël, now accompanied by his son Pierre, gives us a treat.
