Pet' Nat' Syr'Ah ! - JL Denois
Candied red berries and sweet spices on the nose. Round, full and fresh on the palate. Greedy and fluid. Very fine, numerous bubbles. The finish remains fresh, with notes of red fruit. raspberry and a noble bitterness (candied orange peel).
Warning: opening can be explosive. Allow the bottle to stand for a few hours before opening, and serve well chilled.
