We're talking to you about his Winery
Winery Lucy Margaux is managed by Anton Von Klopper and is located in the Adelaide region of southern Australia. The Winery offers a wide range of wines for natural wine aficionados. The spearhead of Australian natural wines!
A traveller's journey Anton Von Klopper was born in South Africa and came to Australia at the age of 14. At an early age, he turned to catering and then to oenology and sommellerie. During his studies, he became interested in the work of Rudolf Steiner (the father of Biodynamics). After graduating, he travelled to Germany, New Zealand and the United States in search of wine experiences! In 2002, he returned to Australia and decided to settle in the Adelaide Hills region, where he bought a 6-hectare cherry orchard and began planting vines (notably pinot noir) in 2003. The Winery Lucy Margaux is launched.

A natural vision of wine Following Steiner's principles, Anton cultivates and maintains his vineyard without chemicals. The Winery Lucy Margaux grows a wide range of grape varieties including pinot noir, pinot blanc, pinot gris, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, cabernet franc, and sangiovese. The first wines from Winery were marketed in 2007. The vinifications are already in the image of his vineyard management: simple, respectful of the living world, and the Winery uses only a tiny amount of sulphur during bottling. Since 2010, Winery has gone even further and has banned the use of sulphur altogether.
