Magnum Côte du Py 2022 - Morgon - Jean Foillard
The Côte du Py is THE great terroir of Morgon. Indeed, the soil, composed mainly of decomposing schist, brings a nice mineral side to this wine.
The vinification is carried out in the traditional way, in whole bunches. This red wine is then aged for 8 to 9 months in oak barrels, without new wood.
A vintage in place, with a lot of density and freshness. All you have to do is wait a little longer to gain fruitiness and spice. A vinification by Master Jean Foillard!
