70% mondeuse and 30% pinot noir!
A wine that doesn't lack freshness, with a very, very fine nose of red fruits and spices. On the palate, the wine maintains its finesse, with delicate, silky tannins. The tannins fill the mouth and ensure superb balance. It's a sensitive approach that really appealed to us.
A wine to discover, like all the wines of this "new" winemaker : Axel Domont.
