OUR OPINION ON THIS BOXBubbles with a pretty Blanquette de Limoux for your appetizers, fish and fruity desserts! For example We continue with an alternative Entre deux Mers white. A much maligned appellation. Here, precise Biodynamic viticulture enables us to pair this wine with shellfish, exotic cuisine and grilled fish. We finish with a wine from Bergerac, an appellation close to Côtes de Castillon. Merlot, of course, but with plenty of freshness and fruitiness, and with the right amount of substance for quality poultry or a piece of red meat! A very affordable Box for top value! |
