Face + 2019 - Vin de France - Grain by Grain - Caroline Lédenté
A new favorite in the Bugey region: Gamay with finesse, body and freshness. This little jewel of Face + from Caroline Lédenté is simply a little bomb of happiness that Petites Caves recommends!
It is only "one barrel" of Gamay from the Tomassette parcel in Leyzieu. The gamays were macerated for three weeks in whole bunches in a fiber tank, then pressed in a wooden ratchet press, filled into a single barrel and then aged for 9 months in wood. Bottling at the end of July 2020.
