A Sauvignon is still a Sauvignon, but vinified in the right way, the wine retains the expression of the terroir and attenuates the highly aromatic side of this Grape variety. The result is a very fresh, crisp, juicy wine full of life and desire. A supple, rather straightforward palate for those who like wine as a thirst-quenching drink, but not only!
