Les Gruches 2020 - AOP Saumur blanc - Winery Bobinet
The great chenin cuvée of Winery, from vines aged between 65 and 80 years, with very low yields (14hl/ha). Ample, taut on the palate, with a long mineral finish. Aged 18 months in oak barrels; the wood is very well integrated. A gastronomic wine with great ageing potential. A great Chenin!
