The history of this organic wine
Thomas Carsin used to blend his Grolleau with his Cabernet. But he always takes care to age his Grolleau for a long time in barrels before blending. The day we came to taste his wines, we loved his Grolleau! The decision has been taken for our Cuvée Exclusive, we will make a 100% grolleau!

Digestible, neat, with black cherry teasing the taste buds immediately. A suppleness to fall down and delightful acidulous notes. A wine that glides along but that will also gain in depth and finesse with time! info + : After having tasted quite a few redcurrants on cask at Winery, we opted for this one, convinced by its depth, its balance and its capacity to shine in the years to come. A favorite from the very first tastings, since it has the beautiful spirit of the grolleau!
