Poiré - Domfront 2022 - Farm of Yonnière (Jérôme Forget)
Juicy white pear on the nose, with a touch of bourbon vanilla. Very fine bubbles on the palate, with persistent freshness. Soft touch with an almost saline edge. A magical balance of bitterness/acidity/sweetness. On the finish, pear pulp on the gums and the whole in great harmony. Bravo Jérôme!
For the moment, the only PDO for Poiré (Domfront PDO), created in 2002!
