Mangourass 2021 - Vin de France - Thomas Chany
a very pretty wine that remains fresh and fruity despite the hundred-year-old carignan. This wine is vinified gently to keep it fresh. It has very fine tannins and offers us an elegant juice with great ageing potential!

. Terroir : Montplo, Cruzy => 0.5 ha
. Clay-limestone hilltop of white pebbles at altitude (200m). A wine that benefits from the cool winds.
. Aging: 50% in vats and 50% in barrels for 18 months. Bottling in June 2020 with very little sulfite added (1g/hl).
. Grape varieties: century-old carignan planted with alicante de terret gris et blanc and carignan blanc.
