Tradition Extra Brut - Crémant de Limoux - JL Denois
Based on a 50-50% blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, similar to what you might find in the Reims region (you follow us), there's a perfect desire to reproduce the thing on Limoux terroirs. The result is pleasant, fresh and clean! Pleasant bubbles, white and exotic fruits. Hints of vanilla! A real treat!
