Explosive aromas of exotic fruit and citrus tease the palate. The work on acidity elevates the cuvée to rarely attained heights. The balance makes the whole incredibly fluid. As you can see, we love it!

The 18-month ageing in 225 L barrels discreetly adds notes of roasted hazelnuts.
