"A crystalline, slender and complex wine. Aromas of black fruits and cherries, complemented by a slightly toasted patina. Delicate and long on the palate."
plus: Aged for two years in old Alsatian tuns, without sulfites. Not fined, not filtered. Very slight addition of SO2 at bottling (1 g/hl).
