Sierra 2023 - Vin de France - Winery Terres des Nus (Bruno Debon)
A pure juice with enormous, magnificent substance. Fresh aromas of black fruit, sunny garrigue and sweet spices. We love this grûme (tactile sensation).
Be careful, this is a big keel, and for the more patient among you, it's advisable to wait a little. Otherwise, choose some nice cuts of meat and decant the wine for a good two hours.

Grape varieties: 85% Syrah and 15% Grenache Noir
Terroir : The vines are planted on stony clay-limestone soils. Grapes hand-picked in crates in the morning.
Vinification: natural and without inputs. Syrah: 8-month maceration in 400-litre terracotta amphora (Tinajas). Grenache noir: short 7-day infusion-type maceration
Fermentation and ageing : Syrah: 8 months on lees in amphora; Grenache noir: 8 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats. Juice blending in spring
Bott ling: No fining or filtration
So2 added: micro-dose just before bottling
Production: 650 bottles
