Beaune 2022 Clos des Renardes - Fanny Sabre
Pinot Noir expresses itself in a natural way on crushed and already macerated cherries, undergrowth and sweet spice (cinnamon?).
The palate is soft, tactile and smooth. The acid tension gives an even more impression of lightness and fluidity.
Simple and effective, a Pinot as we like them, fresh, taut, elegant and digestible.
