An expressive cuvée, with lemon and spices. Superb tension (lively) and let what energy. The finish is very saline with salivating freshness. 2021: a fresh vintage.
Chardonnay from vines over 40 years old, grown on the Trouillots terroir of gryphae limestone and clay. Natural vinification, with two years' barrel ageing.
