Dynamite 2022 - AOP Faugères - Winery Pèira Levada

Cuvée made from marble soils, in homage to the Ancients who used dynamite to plant their vines.

A fairly long 50-day maceration produces a full, powerful, sapid wine. The whole is balanced by an acidity that brings verticality to the wine.
