Elian's Vineyard 2020 - Côtes du Marmandais - Elian Da Ros
Nose of ripe black fruits. Hints of spice.
The palate is still dense and even fleshy. However, the peppery finish brings a lot of freshness and enhances the finish. Very nice tannins which, although present, are neither heavy nor aggressive. A natural wine, admittedly more specific to autumn. Otherwise, keep it for a few years in the cellar!!
Average age of the vines: 30 to 40 years. Viticulture: Biodynamic vines. Vinification: 100% destemming. Separate vinification by Grape variety.
