Les Bois Brulés 2023 - Vin de France - Peltier Ravineau
Notes of white fruits and white flowers. Relatively powerful roundness on the attack, developing small white fruits on the mid-palate, and the return of citrus zest that persists throughout the finish and adds a little tension.
"The vines are around thirty years old and are in their third year of conversion to organic farming. These were the first grapes we harvested and the slowest fermentations. The wine is aged for six months on fine lees in steel tanks. Awine with an aromatic character, rich yet straightforward."
