With its lovely, slightly oxidized hints of exotic fruit and hints of dried fruit, this is a wine that doesn't lack depth. The palate remains magnificently fresh and fruity. A long, pleasant, clean finish with yellow and exotic fruits. A great, voluminous wine for your lovely cheese platter or exotic dishes, for example.
A sauvignon that has been macerated for 28 days, which we like because it avoids heaviness and the orange wine spirit!
