A new cuvée from François! From Pinots planted at an altitude of 400 meters. A dense Pinot, with good volume on the palate, a certain lumpiness like his Gamay. This is clearly a pinot with a chewy, spicy character. A wine that's perfect with barbecued lamb chops or baked beef entrecôte.
