Magnum Clos des Cessieux 2023 - Saint-Joseph - Hervé Souhaut.
A very elegant, fine wine with floral aromas and peppery minerality. The tannins are fine, despite the youth of this cuvée. The terroir expresses itself masterfully.
1.5ha in one piece, right up to Ste Epine. The special feature of this parcel is its orientation, which begins in the north and ends in the south. This orientation contributes greatly to the balance of the wine.
